Crimson petals falling around

The knife drops slowly to the ground.

Patchwork voices in my head

No longer held together with thread.

The rain falls softly down

It feels so good

Probably more than it should

The laughter starts

As the petals fall

As the petals fall.

The vines have me all tangled

The thorns have cut me to shreds

The petals once so beautiful

Are floating around my head

I hear the moon beams calling

The blade shines brightly in the night

The rain mists against my fevered skin

Soon all will be alright

The rain falls softly down

It feels so fucking good

Doesn’t matter now if it should

The laughter starts

As the petals fall

As the petals fall

As the petals fall

Forever.
